Welcome to No Place Like Hone Sharpening! When you use our services, you agree to follow these rules. Please read them before you decide to work with us.
Refunds and Returns
Services: If you are not happy with our sharpening or repair work, contact us within 30 days of getting your equipment back. We will look into the problem and may fix it again, give you some money back, or give all your money back.
Products: You can return unused or lightly used products within 30 days if they are the same product we sold you and they are still performing the way they were designed to do. We do not refund shipping costs unless we make a mistake.
What You Can Not Return: Special orders and custom products, shipping costs (unless we made the mistake), products that are not performing the way they were designed to do, as well as work we already did.
Broken Products: If something you sent us to sharpen or repair shows up to you broken, and the damage is caused by mishandling on our part, we will replace it or refund you the current value of the product, including return shipping.
Getting Your Refund: We will process approved refunds within 10 business days. The money will go back to your original payment method.
