Unlike the Blacksmith Fit or Solid , this shear is unique in that we have used Nano Powder Metal® for this all arounder ( ” all arounder ” simply means it may not excel at one thing, yet is good for everything ).
 
Design Note: Handles come even, semi offset, and offset. The degree of ” offset ” determines the distance your thumb has to travel in order to open and close a scissor. Even handles require the thumb to have to travel furthest as far as ergonomics go. Offset handles make the opening and closing of a scissor effortless.  ( see clip below ) The Sword® series features the most offset handles within the North American collection.
